SpudPay does not custody customer funds.

All funds are held, processed, and safeguarded by regulated financial institutions, banking partners, and licensed payment providers. SpudPay provides access to these services through integrations and APIs.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that pose security or compliance risks.

5. Compliance and Verification (KYC/AML)

To comply with applicable laws, you agree to:

• SpudPay is not liable for errors caused by incorrect inputs (e.g., wallet addresses)

8. Blockchain and Digital Asset Risks

By using our Services, you acknowledge:

• Blockchain transactions may be public and immutable

• Digital asset values may fluctuate

• Network congestion or failures may delay transactions

SpudPay does not control blockchain networks and cannot guarantee transaction speed or reversibility.

9. Fees

SpudPay may charge fees for certain Services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to transaction completion.

10. Third-Party Services

SpudPay integrates with third-party providers, including:

• Banking partners

• Payment processors (e.g., Coinflow)

• Stablecoin infrastructure providers

We are not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party services.
